Cancellation & Class Policy

Student Cancellations:
Students may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the class and will be considered a missed class. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Group Class Minimum:
Group classes typically run for 50 minutes and require a minimum of 2 enrolled students.

• If only one student is enrolled, the class will still run as a shortened 25-minute private session.

• If a class must be cancelled for any other reason, students will receive a class credit refund to use toward a future class.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Students may cancel or reschedule private lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the class and will be considered a missed session. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

Teacher Cancellations:
If a private lesson is cancelled by the teacher for any reason, the student will receive a class credit to use toward a future session.

Punctuality:
Private lessons start and end at the scheduled time. If a student is late, the class will still end at the original end time and cannot be extended.
