• Location Freedom: Our team members work from anywhere. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to teach.

• Flexible Scheduling: Teachers set their own availability. We believe in work-life balance and empowering educators to design a schedule that works for them.

• Global Collaboration: We operate across multiple time zones. While we don’t require set hours, we do expect teachers to be responsive and professional in communication with both students and the team.

• Independent but Supported: While most work is done independently, we provide regular updates, onboarding support, and a collaborative environment to stay connected and aligned.

• Payouts and Logistics: All payments are processed weekly. We support international educators by ensuring smooth and timely payouts.
